"Baba is back. PAEK POAK announces the acquisition of Baba Rahman by transfer from Chelsea. The Ghanaian full-back signed with Dikefalos until June 2026," wrote the club on their official website.

The former Asante Kotoko and Greuther Furth left-back returns to Greece after spending a season on loan with PAOK, where he won the 2021 Greek Cup.

The former Augsburg star previously played for Real Mallorca, Schalke, Stade Reims and Reading on loan before sealing a permanent move away from Chelsea.

The move is expected to help Rahman regain his confidence, which once made him one of the best left full-backs in Germany.
