Real Madrid has reignited their interest in Kylian Mbappe and are ready to break the bank to make a deal for the 24-year-old possible at the end of the season.

Mbappe snubbed the Spanish champions at the start of the season to extend his deal with Paris Saint-Germain, but Real Madrid are not willing to give up on the France forward.

According to Caught Offside, Real Madrid are now preparing a deal worth a total package of £877million to lure Mbappe to the Santiago Bernabeu at the end of the season.

Los Blancos will offer PSG a transfer fee of around £132 million for the forward while he will reportedly earn wages of around £552 million over a period of four years.

Mbappe was the star of the French team at the 2022 FIFA World Cup as he netted eight goals to emerge as the competition’s top scorer, winning the golden boot.

Meanwhile, Former Real Madrid president Ramon Calderon has rubbished stories that the Spanish giants are prepared to spend €1billion on Paris Saint-Germain forward Kylian Mbappe, Football365 reports.

Calderon described the rumours as a joke as it emerged that Los Blancos are willing to spend as high as €1billion on the France World Cup star.

Mbappe who has scored 190 goals in 237 appearances for PSG since joining the club in 2017, appeared unhappy with the club’s board and is believed to be seeking a deal away from the French champions.

Earlier, Sports Brief reported Paris Saint-Germain manager, Christophe Galtier could not hide his excitement at seeing France forward Kylian Mbappe resume training with the club.

Mbappe had refused to go on holiday after the World Cup, resuming training with the reigning Ligue 1 champions just three days after losing the World Cup final with France.

Galtier could be seen giving the 24-year-old forward a warm embrace on his return to training as PSG continue preparations for the resumption of the 2022/23 league season.
