- Bacary Sagna has claimed Liverpool face the prospect of missing out on a top-four place at the end of the season
- The Reds have endured a disastrous start to their campaign, picking a paltry nine points from six matches
- The worrying run of form has them sitting eighth on the Premier League standings, a massive nine points off leaders Arsenal
- According to Sagna, Arsenal, Tottenham and Manchester City are all guaranteed to seal a Champions League spot
Former Arsenal and Man City defender Bacary Sagna has made his Premier League top four prediction.
The new EPL season is slowly taking shape, with Arsenal currently leading the standings with 18 points.
The Gunners have won six of their last seven matches to sit above reigning champions Man City on the log by a single point.
City, who are yet to suffer defeat this term, are placed second with 17 points, on level with third-placed Tottenham Hotspur.

Brighton, meanwhile, are fourth with 13 points, a point above fifth-placed Man United, who have won four of their last outings.
Chelsea and Liverpool occupy seventh and eighth places, respectively, with Fulham placed ahead of them in sixth.
Bacary Sagna says Liverpool are unlikely to finish in top four
Sagan has now predicted that Liverpool could possibly miss out on a top-four finish at the end of the season.
The Reds have endured a frustrating start to the campaign, picking just nine points from six of their last fixtures.
And with the side trailing Arsenal by nine points, Sagna contends the Merseysiders face an uphill task to close the gap.
"I do think Liverpool are the team who could fall out of the top four this season based on the opening seven matches so far, simply because they have dropped quite a few points already," Sagna told Lord Ping.
"I think Arsenal, Tottenham and Manchester City will definitely finish in the top four. Then you only have one spot left, which will be fought between Liverpool and Chelsea," he added.
