Stuart MacFarlane, Arsenal's chief photographer, delivered a powerful pre-match team talk ahead of his side's north London derby against Tottenham Hotspur last season.
Team talks are usually reserved for coaches and to some extent captains or the leadership figures in the team, however, Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta gave the club's photographer a rare opportunity to inspire the players before a Premier League.
In a video posted on Twitter, sighted by Sports Brief, MacFarlane, who has been working with Arsenal as the club's photographer since 2001 gave a rousing, emotional speech just before the north London derby.

The footage was sourced from Amazon's All or Nothing documentary on Arsenal, which has since gone viral with many football followers patting Arteta on the back, for giving the rare chance to MacFarlane.

Arteta's unorthodox methods proved successful as Saka, Smith-Rowe and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang shot Arsenal to a three-nil lead after just 34 minutes.

Earlier, Sports Brief reported that interesting footage of Mikel Arteta conducting an Arsenal training session while listening to Liverpool's signature tune, 'You'll Never Walk Alone,' has surfaced online.
The footage is part of the upcoming Amazon All or Nothing: Arsenal documentary. The production captures the intrigues of Arsenal's season, where they turned around a poor start to the season but narrowly missed out on the top four.
The documentary is set to hit theatres officially on August 4th. But snippets of what to expect have continued to grace social media platforms.
