Three of the Gunners' next five Premier League fixtures will take place on the road. Their upcoming away game is their biggest match of the season, with the league leaders taking on Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium.

Arsenal prevailed in their first meeting this season, beating City 1-0 thanks to a Gabriel Martinelli goal in the 86th minute.

The Gunners will follow up that City clash with a midweek meeting with Luton Town at the Emirates Stadium.

Their last showdown was a high-scoring affair, with Arsenal pulling off a 4-3 victory. Declan Rice was the hero for the Gunners in that contest, scoring the match-winner deep into second-half stoppage time.

Arsenal will then face three top-10 opponents after that. The Gunners will lock horns with Brighton on the road on April 6 before hosting Aston Villa on April 13. They then will travel to Molineux Stadium on April 20 to face Wolves.

Liverpool will be playing at Anfield in their next two league matches, hosting Brighton and Sheffield United.

They will then travel to Old Trafford on April 7 to face arch-rivals, Manchester United, in a blockbuster clash. The two sides played out a goalless draw in their first league meeting this season.

The Reds will then lock horns with two teams outside the top 10 after that match with the Red Devils. They will square off against Crystal Palace at Anfield on April 14 before travelling to London to face Fulham on April 20.

They came from behind to beat Palace 2-1 in their first league meeting this season. Mohamed Salah equalised for the Reds before Harvey Elliott scored the match-winner in second-half injury time.

Liverpool and Fulham's last Premier League showdown was a high-scoring thriller, with that match yielding seven goals. The Reds emerged 4-3 victors thanks to late goals by Wataru Endo and Trent Alexander-Arnold.

Manchester City will be playing their next two matches at the Etihad Stadium. They will need that home-field advantage as the defending champions will face a pair of top-5 opponents during that stretch.

They will host Arsenal this coming Sunday in an all-important six-pointer before facing Aston Villa at the Etihad on April 3.

City's schedule will ease after that, with Pep Guardiola's men facing Crystal Palace on April 6 and Luton Town on April 13.

Another tough challenge awaits the Citizens on April 20, with the reigning champs facing Tottenham Hotspur on the road on April 20.

Their first league meeting this season ended in a 3-3 draw, with Dejan Kulusevski scoring an equaliser in the 90th minute.

Winners and losers of Liverpool vs. City

Sports Brief also recently reported on the biggest winners and losers of Liverpool versus Man City after their game.

The Gunners are the overall winners as they grabbed sole possession of first place following their title rivals' draw.

Kevin De Bruyne and Erling Haaland were the losers as they failed to deliver in Man City's biggest game this season.
