Ronaldo meanwhile played his first game in Saudi Arabia when he captained Riyadh All-Stars in a friendly game against Lionel Messi's Paris Saint-Germain on January 19th. He bagged a brace in that game and was subsequently voted as the man of the match.

Al-Nassr fans prepare new Ronaldo chant

Sports Brief has also reported that fans of Al-Nassr have prepared a new chant for Cristiano Ronaldo ahead of his much-talked-about debut.

Ronaldo, who swapped Europe for the Middle East for a new sojourn in Saudi Arabia, had his debut delayed due to a two-game ban slapped on him by the English FA. He however managed to make his first bow on Saudi soil since inking a lucrative deal with Al-Nassr in an exhibition match against Lionel Messi's PSG.

The Real Madrid and Manchester United legend will now make his competitive debut against Al-Etiffaq on Sunday in the Saudi Pro League. Ahead of his official debut, fans of the club, who will throng the 25,000-capacity MrSool Park have morphed a new version of Ronaldo's iconic 'Siuuu' celebration. In a video shared on social media, fans could be seen with their arms stretched before they collectively clapped after a drum beat, with the crowd bellowing out Ronaldo’s ‘si’ sound.
