Atlanta Falcons

The Falcons have become the favorites to land the 26-year-old quarterback following his stunning trade request. Yes, they have quarterbacks Desmond Ridder, Taylor Heinicke, and Logan Woodside on their roster, but they have yet to win the MVP award like Jackson.

The Falcons pursued Deshaun Watson last year before he joined the Cleveland Browns. It won't be very smart for Atlanta not to get Jackson now that he is available.

Indianapolis Colts

Colts general manager Chris Ballard confirmed on Monday during the NFL's annual league meeting Indianapolis’ interest in Jackson. He said the Colts must consider all options to fix the quarterback position, per ESPN.

They have tried and tested several quarterbacks since Andrew Luck retired in 2019, with the Colts unable to find success in all of them. Signing Jackson may finally be the answer to their long-standing problem.

New England Patriots

The Patriots are a proud franchise, winning six Super Bowls during the Tom Brady era. They have not enjoyed success since the legendary quarterback left in 2020, with the Pats yet to win a playoff game with Mac Jones under center.

Bill Belichick has praised Jackson before, calling the quarterback MVP-level material. He is desperate to win now after three lackluster seasons without Brady.

The Pats just signed JuJu Smith-Schuster, Mike Gesicki, and James Robinson in free agency. All they need now is Jackson to complete the puzzle.

Who will the Panthers choose?

Sports Brief previously reported on the Carolina Panthers’ top quarterback options ahead of the NFL Draft.

The Panthers gave up a ton to acquire the No. 1 pick this year, making it clear they want to select a quarterback.

Bryce Young, C.J. Stroud, and Will Levis are the top QB options for Carolina.
