Former Nigerian international Victor Moses was on the score sheet as Spartak Moscow played a 1-1 draw with Grozny in their first league game in Russia on Saturday.

The former Chelsea star was named the most outstanding player as seen on the Twitter handle of the Russian Premier League.

Moses came on in the 78th minute and got the equaliser for his side in the 83rd minute with a sensational goal.

Last season he scored just two goals in 25 appearances in the Russian top-flight.

Also last season, he helped Spartak clinch the Russian Cup after a 2-1 win against Dynamo Moscow in the final.

Moses blocked from returning to Premier League
