Real Madrid players are in a jubilant mood after their enthralling victory against Manchester City in the semi-finals of the UEFA Champions League except for Rodrygo.

Los Blancos were just minutes away from getting eliminated from the competition as they trailed 5-3 on aggregate against Man City until Rodrygo popped up to score two goals in additional time.

Benzema would however complete the miraculous comeback in extra time as he tucked home a penalty to seal a 6-5 aggregate win for the Galacticos.

According to a report via Ghana Soccernet, Rodrygo has disclosed that he lost a bet to his father after he wagered that he would score a hat trick against Manchester City in the Champions League semi-final second leg.
