Diego Simeone has admitted playing Manchester United in the UEFA Champions League round-of-16 will be a tough game as the Red Devils are presently one of the best teams in the world.

Atletico Madrid host Manchester United in the Champions League round-of-16 first leg at the Wanda Metropolitano on Wednesday, February 23 as both sides meet for the first time in Europe since 1992.

According to a report via Sky Sports, the Atletico Madrid manager lauded Ralf Rangnick’s United compactness as he says he can’t seem to figure out a single weakness in the Old Trafford team.

"We're facing one of the best teams in the world in the last 14 games, if I'm not mistaken. They've just lost one. With the new manager, Ralf Rangnick, it's given the team solidity, teamwork, commitment.
"We can see what Manchester United was always like. They've evolved since the new manager arrived, they're already fourth in the league.”
