Unemployed coach Gavin Hunt is currently the subject of envy among the local football fraternity.

The four-time Premiership winning coach was seen on Twitter immersing himself in all aspects of life at Manchester City. Hunt earlier in the week announced that he was visiting the reigning Premier League champions on a fact finding mission.

As reported on Goal, Hunt said:

"I am going to be around the fitness and training team. But obviously, the most important meeting will be with Pep [Guardiola] himself. They are busy, but I will be with the first team and going to their training session in the two days, I have seen in the itinerary that they’ve given me a slot there and there is time."

He gave praise to City lynchpin Kevin de Bruyne as he celebrated his 300th appearance for the club with a 3-0 victory over Brighton, which return the Cityzens to the top of the table above an unrelenting Liverpool.

The big day has finally arrived for South Africa’s Gavin Hunt.

As reported on Sports Brief, the former SuperSport United coach is on his way to England, where he will spend two weeks studying Manchester City’s way of operations.

Hunt took to Twitter to confirm that he was indeed going to England.
