Ghana U20 coach explains why players reject Black Stars call up

Coach of Ghana's U20 national team, Karim Zito has pointed out the media's lack of confidence in players invited to the national team as one of the reasons for their refusal to honour call ups.

Several Ghanaian players have turned down invitations for international assignments in recent times, with the likes of Mohammed Salisu and Felix Afena-Gyan coming to the fore.

Karim Zito, who led the Black Satellites to AFCON U20 triumph, also disclosed that insults is another huge factor that deters the players.
