Arsenal plot move for Hudson-Odoi
Fresh reports now indicate that Arsenal are plotting a fresh raid on Chelsea to sign Hudson-Odoi.
The Mirror reports that the Blues are set for a massive summer clear-out that will see several players shipped out.
The 2021 Champions League winners are expected to trim their squad significantly to comply with Financial Fair Play rules after their spending spree that took their expenditure in the north of £300million on transfers in January.
Arsenal is said to be keen to take advantage of that development in their bid to land Hudson-Odoi.
The England international is currently on loan with Bayern Leverkusen for the remainder of the ongoing season.
According to The Guardian, the 22-year-old winger will be available for sale in the summer once his loan spell with Leverkusen expires.
Most expensive EPL transfers
Earlier, Sports Brief reported Premier League clubs have been splashing huge transfer fees in recent years to sign the world's best players.
Paul Pogba, Harry Maguire, and Romelu Lukaku are some of the most expensive signings in the history of the Premier League.
However, their records have since been shattered by Enzo Fernandes, who sealed a stunning January move to Stamford Bridge.
