Mamelodi Sundowns have booked a place in the next round of the CAF Champions League after defeating FC Nouadhibou in their last group game.

Summer signing Thembinkosi Lorch was on the scoresheet alongside Grant Kekana as the PSL side secured a deserving 2-0 win over the Mauratanian champions.

Bafana Bafana defender Kekana gave the Masandawana the lead in the 20th minute after tapping in Marcelo Allende's cross from a free-kick.

The first half ended with a goal advantage for the visitors, and they waited till the final minute of the game to score the second goal, according to a report by iDiskiTimes.

In a video shared on social media, Lorch scored his first goal for the club by rounding Nouadhibou's goalkeeper after a beautiful pass from Teboho Mokoena.
