Barcelona defender Andreas Christensen is not happy with the amount of minutes he has played this season and will look to push for a move away from the reigning La Liga champions.
The Danish defender has fallen down the pecking order at the Catalan club with Inigo Martinez and Jules Kounde often preferred ahead of him to start games by coach Xavi Hernandes.
According to Football Espana, Christensen will be open to returning to the English Premier League if a suitable offer comes but maintains he is willing to fight for his place in the Barcelona team.
Barcelona are not willing to let the aggrieved defender leave early and are considering extending his contract with his current deal set to expire in 2026.
Christensen gained prominence while playing for Chelsea and was snapped up by the La Liga champions as a free agent in 2022 when his contract with the Blues expired.
