Argentina seem to be headed for a third World Cup triumph after a blistering first half display against France at the Lusail stadium.

Goals from Lionel Messi and Angel Di Maria gives the South Americans a two-goal lead at half-time. Messi opened the scoring in the 23rd minute from the spot before Di Maria doubled the lead 13 minutes later.

Argentina's second goal was from an incredible counter-attack, which involved seven touches from five players.

Di Maria put the icing on the cake after lashing onto an Alexis MacAllister assist. The video has since gone viral on social media.
