Betting on the Glasgow Warriors (+3.5)

The Glasgow Warriors are fielding a strong lineup for their tournament opener against Leinster.

Seven members of Scotland's World Cup squad were named in Glasgow's 23-man squad for the game against Leinster.

Captain Kyle Steyn, Zander Fagerson, Scott Cummings, Huw Jones, and Rory Darge will start this coming Sunday, while George Horne and Johnny Matthews are the other Scotland squad members in the home 23.

Summer signing Henco Venter will make his competitive debut for Glasgow at number eight.

Greg Peterson, who was brought back less than two weeks ago to provide emergency cover for the injured JP du Preez, gets the start in the second row.

Betting on Leinster (-3.5)

Leinster have fallen short in each of their last two campaigns in the United Rugby Championship.

They suffered heartbreaking one-point losses in the semi-finals the past two seasons, leaving painful memories to Leinster supporters.

They will look to return to the playoff stage this season, and it all starts with their clash against the Glasgow Warriors this coming Sunday.

Leading Leinster this weekend is Scott Penny, who will captain the team for the first time in a competitive fixture.

Ciarán Frawley starts at full-back for Leinster, with Jordan Larmour and Tommy O’Brien placed on the wings.

Charlie Ngatai and Liam Turner are in the centre, with Luke McGrath and Harry Byrne completing the back line for the Irish club.

Leinster's front row will feature Jack Boyle, John McKee, and Thomas Clarkson. Jason Jenkins and Ross Molony are in the heart of the pack, with James Culhane, Max Deegan, and Penny lining up in the back row.
