Victor Osimhen who is a Nigerian striker has reportedly picked Premier League side Arsenal as his next destination snubbing move to Manchester United and Newcastle.

There have been speculation surrounding the future of Victor Osimhen at Napoli with many European clubs showing interest to sign the Super Eagles hitman.

His performances so far this season for Napoli in all competitions have convinced those in charge of clubs like Manchester United, Arsenal and Newcastle United to be interested.

Newcastle United were even said to have tabled an offer to sign Victor Osimhen during the January transfer window, but Napoli rejected the offer.

According to the latest report on Complete Sports, Victor Osimhen will be glad to move to the Emirates stadium and it is now left for the Gunners to meet up with Napoli's asking price.

The 23-year-old has scored 17 goals in 29 outings so far this season for the Partenopei.

Earlier, Sports Brief had reported how Super Eagles defender Ola Aina was linked with a move to the Premier League this summer with Crystal Palace said to be interested in the signing of the 25-year-old Nigerian.

Ola Aina is not a stranger in the Premier League as the Nigerian defender enjoyed a good spell on loan at Fulham last term, but couldn’t save the Cottagers from relegation.

And as things stand presently, Fulham will be back in the Premier League next season, but the club are not interested in getting Ola Aina back.

Patrick Vieira who is the coach of Crystal Palace is said to be a fan of Ola Aina and wants the signature of the Nigerian.

Ola Aina is currently playing for Torino in the Italian Serie A and the defender has featured in 17 games for the Super Eagles of Nigeria.

He is also expected to be part of the Super Eagles squad that will face Mexico and Ecuador next month in international friendly games in America.
