The Nigerian striker has been impressive this season in the Italian Serie A for Napoli and his performances have been noticed by many clubs in Europe.

Which other clubs are interested in signing Victor Osimhen?

The report added that Arsenal and Newcastle United are also interested in the signing of Victor Osimhen, but their purse might not be strong like that of Manchester United.

Napoli could agree to cash in on Osimhen despite spending £76m on the forward in 2020, when he joined from Lille.

Coach of Spanish La Liga giants eyes move for Super Eagles striker

Earlier, Sports Brief had reported how Unai Emery who is the handler of Spanish La Liga side Villarreal is reportedly interested in the signing of Super Eagles striker Emmanuel Dennis who currently plays for Watford in the EPL.

Since joining the Premier League side, Emmanuel Dennis has been in incredible form and his superb games also helped him return to the Super Eagles team.

Despite not being released by Watford to travel with the Super Eagles to Cameroon for the 2021 African Cup of Nations, Dennis was part of the squad that faced Ghana in 2022 World Cup play-offs.

The former Kwara Football Academy youngster tried his best for the Super Eagles, but was not enough to help the Nigerian team qualify for the World Cup.

Villarreal coach Unai Emery is said to be a fan of Dennis and wants to lure the Nigerian to the La Liga next season.

Given Dennis’ fine season and the mounting interest, he is expected to command a transfer fee in excess of £20m.
