Isco Alarcón is set to sign for Spanish La Liga side Sevilla this summer after 9 seasons with European champions Real Madrid.
The Spain international, who is out of contract with Real Madrid since June, has reportedly penned a two-year deal, the Seville-based club has announced.
"We have reached an agreement in principle with Isco to become our third signing of the window," the Andalusian side said in a statement.
"He has already arrived in Sevilla ahead of undergoing his medical tomorrow (Monday) and, should all go well, sign a two-year contract."
Isco is pushing to get more playing time before the start of the 2022 FIFA World Cup after dropping down the pecking order at Los Blancos, where he had a bit-part role under Carlo Ancelotti.

The midfield orchestra has been identified as a key summer target for Sevilla, who are looking to add more experienced players to their squad ahead of the 2022/23 football season.

Meanwhile, Sevilla are getting busy in the transfer window as they try to build a team to challenge Real Madrid and Barcelona next season.
Reguilon had previously played for Sevilla, where he made 38 appearances for the club and contributed to the Spanish team's Europa League victory.

Earlier, Sports Brief reported Spanish midfielder Isco has announced that he will be leaving reigning La Liga champions Real Madrid this summer after spending nine glorious years at the Santiago Bernabeu.
Isco's decision is coming just three days after winning the 2022 UEFA Champions League title with Real Madrid as Los Blancos defeated Liverpool in the final.
In the just concluded Spanish La Liga season, Isco did not enjoy active playing time under Carlo Ancelotti as the Spaniard featured for just 407 minutes.
