Neymar looks certain to remain a Paris Saint-Germain player after the 2022/23 season despite numerous reports linking the Brazilian with a summer move.

The Brazilian winger has been a huge controversial figure at Parc des Princes and most recently clashed with PSG’s sporting director Luis Campos after the loss to Monaco.

According to Get France Football News, Neymar intends to remain with PSG beyond this season despite and intends to snub any attempt to offload him out of the club.

English Premier League giants Chelsea have been credited with an interest in the 30-year-old superstar with owner Todd Boehly a keen admirer of the Brazilian.

Despite his dipped form, Neymar has so far scored 12 goals and has contributed 10 assists in just 17 appearances in the Ligue 1 for PSG this season.

Liverpool spoken to Neymar’s agents

Meanwhile, Liverpool is one of several English Premier League clubs that have held talks with PSG superstar Neymar’s representatives about a summer move, Transfers Tavern reports.

Chelsea, Manchester City, Manchester United and Newcastle United are also monitoring the situation of the Brazilian ahead of a possible battle to snap him up in the coming months.

Neymar is Brazil's all-time leading scorer, having scored 77 goals in 125 appearances for his country while also winning six league titles and one Champions League trophy.

Earlier, Sports Brief reported Neymar is once again in the spotlight for all the wrong reasons as the Brazilian attacker has been criticized at times during the season for his antics, with some blaming him for some of Paris Saint-Germain’s poor results.

Neymar has now earned himself a talking-to from PSG manager Christophe Galtier after he was spotted out at McDonald’s.

The day after PSG’s Champions League defeat to Bayern Munich, Neymar was spotted participating in a late-night poker tournament before heading off to McDonald’s.
