Things began badly for All Stars as reported by Soccer Laduma, suffering a 3-1 defeat to University of Pretoria on Sunday afternoon in the Mother City. This sees AmaTuks leading on the mini-log with three points, but more importantly, enjoy a goal difference of +2.

According to SuperSport, Swallows coach Dylan Kerr said:

“It will be a different story because when NFD teams play teams from the PSL, it is a boost for them. Now we have to make sure that we deliver the same performance that we did against Kaizer Chiefs and take our chances.
"It will be tough but we have great team spirit and great camaraderie."

Igugu Lekapa's veteran striker Eleazar Rodgers told the same website:

"We are ready to play, we want to use this opportunity to bounce back from our last game. The past is in the past and we are focused on Swallows. The fact that Swallows are from the Premier Soccer League means that the game will be filled with action.
"It will be us against them. It won't be easy but we are ready to fight and overcome them. We will be going into the game with high hopes and to do whatever it takes to win the match using the bounce-back mentality."

The match will kick off at 3pm.
