In his prediction, the Jamaican had backed United to see off Fulham 3-1.

"I think it's going to finish 3-1," Bolt said in the clip after he was asked to share his insights on the match.

Incredibly, the 100-metre and 200-metre world record holder was spot on in his prediction as the Red Devils stunned the Cottagers 3-1 to qualify for the semis.

Man United stuns Fulham

United had to come from a goal down to secure the comfortable win, with midfielder, Bruno Fernades netting a brace.

The Red Devils found themselves trailing after Aleksandr Mitrovic opened the scoring for the visitors in the 50th minute.

Fulham looked on course to secure a vital win before Willian's handball deep in the second half sparked a melee that saw two Cottagers' stars red-carded.

While the Brazilian was sent off for handling the ball in the area from Jadon Sancho's shot, Mitrovic was handed his marching orders for shoving the ref.

United were subsequently awarded a penalty, with Fernandes stepping up to slot home to make it 1-1.

Marcel Sabitzer gave United the lead moments later, with the Portuguese skipper sealing the win with a stoppage-time stunner.

Bolt meets Ten Hag

Earlier, Sports Brief reported on sprint legend and Red Devils superfan, Bolt meeting Man United manager, Erik ten Hag on March 19.

Man United were in action against Fulham at Old Trafford in the last of the Emirates FA Cup quarter-finals with the sprinter watching.

The win over the Cottagers continues to spark hope of United achieving a treble, looking unlikely to catch up in the Premier League.
