  • Blind reportedly reassured the forward that he will thrive under Ten Hag during the crunch talks

Marcus Radford has made a final decision on his future at Manchester United following crunch talks with former teammate, Daley Blind, about the management style of Erik ten Hag.

According to Metro UK, the United academy graduate was minded to quit the club had Rangnick continued to be in charge.

And while the departure of the German tactician improved Rashford’s outlook, the forward was reportedly still unsure over his future with the Red Devils.

Marcus Rashford to remain at Old Trafford after talks with Daley Blind

However, Goal reports the 24-year-old is now set to remain at the Theatre of Dreams after talks with Ajax star and former teammate Blind.

It is understood that Rashford asked Blind about the management style of Erik ten Hag and he is now excited about the prospect of working with the Dutchman.

Blind understandably informed Rashford about Ten Hag’s hands-on nature and that was music to the forward’s ears.

The England star is keen to tie down a fixed position under Ten Hag and has been working hard in the off-season in a bid to stay fit and regain his form.
