The German giants host an impressive record in the continental showpiece that stretches back to 2017.

The Bundesliga champions took to social media to brag about their record ahead of their clash against Barcelona in the Champions League.

As shown by the post, Bayern have not lost a group game in the competition since 2017.

Bayern have played 29 games during that time and have won 26 of those games. They have only drawn three games. Their biggest win in the group stages during that time came against Tottenham Hotspur in 2019.

The Bavarian giants won that game 7-2 in England. They also beat Red Star Belgrade 6-0, a game in which Robert Lewandowski scored four goals in 14 minutes, Outlook India reported.

Their only three draws came against Atletico Madrid and twice against the Dutch side Ajax.

The pick of the games in the group of death takes place later when Bayern Munich hosts Barcelona in the UEFA Champions League.

The two sides both won the opening games of the group but will be playing for more than just the three points.
