The top 10 signings ever made by Barcelona have been revealed and Robert Lewandowski failed to make the list of superstars who cost the Catalan giants a fortune in transfer fee.

The Poland international recently completed a €50million deal to join the Catalan giants from Bayern Munich but that transfer fee is way below what Barcelona has spent on their previous signings.

Lewandowski is ranked 11th on the all-time most expensive signings made by Barcelona as the list was topped by French winger, Ousmane Dembele who cost a whooping €140million.

Phillipe Coutinho follows closely in the second spot with €135million price tag while Antione Griezman with €120m, Neymar with €88m and Frankie de Jong with €86m complete the top 5.

Luis Suarez, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Miralem Pjanic, Raphinha, and Ferran Torres complete the top 10 all-time signings ever made by Barcelona.

Joan Laporta reveals Barcelona transfer plans

Meanwhile, Barcelona president, Joan Laporta has confirmed the club will now look to target a new defender in the summer transfer window 90MIN reports.

The Catalan giants have been tipped as favourites to win the La Liga after an impressive summer transfer window that has seen them make four top-notch transfers.

Frank Kessie, Andreas Christensen, Raphinha, and Robert Lewandowski have all joined the Blaugrana this summer while the club also renewed the contract of Ousmane Dembele.

Barcelona postpone unveiling of Lewandowski

Earlier, Sports Brief reported Barcelona failed to unveil Robert Lewandowski to the club’s fans on Monday, July 18 as announced by club officials after completing the signing of the forward.

The 33-year-old joined the Blaugrana over the weekend after Barcelona reached an agreement with Bayern Munich and the Poland forward has since completed his medicals with the Spanish giants.

Lewandowski was expected to be officially presented as a new Barcelona player in a press conference at 7pm Spanish time but the occasion had to be postponed.
