Incoming Black Stars striker, Eddie Nketiah, has revealed teammate Bukayo Saka’s love for Ghana jollof.

Nketiah, who was born in England to Ghanaian parents, shared his love for the popular dish as he spoke about how he used to enjoy it with his teammates.

With Bukayo Saka having his heritage from Nigeria, it was believed he would love the Nigerian jollof over the Ghanaian one.

However, in a video spotted on social media, Nketiah disclosed Saka prefers the Ghanaian jollof.

“I love it, I love my mum’s jollof,” he said. “Anytime I go home or when my mum comes to visit me, Jollof is on the menu,” he added.
“A few of the boys have tasted it of course. Reece, Bukayo, they love it.
“Bukayo eats Naija jollof but deep down he knows which jollof is the best, Ghana.
“Back in the days, I mean in the Chelsea team, obviously, Declan said it. Trevor was there. They love it.”

Eddie Nketia is expected to announce his nationality switch ahead of the 2022 World Cup, but the Arsenal striker wants to seal his spot at the London club.

The English-born Ghanaian signed a long-term deal with Arsenal in the summer transfer window.

Earlier, Sports Brief reported that incoming Ghanaian forward Eddie Nketiah says he has an 'unfinished business' at Arsenal following his five-year contract extension with the Gunners.

The 23-year-old is out of contract at Arsenal at the end of the season, but his performances this year have encouraged the Gunners to keep hold of him.

Nektiah made 92 first-team appearances and scored 23 goals since his first-team debut in 2017.
