Liverpool forward, Mohamed Salah, gave fans a glimpse of his off-pitch activities, just days after a public spat with his manager, Jurgen Klopp.

The winger had a viral touchline spat with the Reds boss on April 27 during the game against West Ham United, which ended in a 2-2 draw.

Videos of the incident showed Klopp attempting to shake Salah’s hand, but the Liverpool ace was having none of it, prompting his manager to whisper something in his ear.

The two briefly exchanged words and Darwin Nunez and Joe Gomez had to calm down the Egyptian veteran, who was subbed on with 10 minutes of normal time remaining.

While Klopp downplayed the incident by saying he had spoken to Salah, the forward curiously commented that 'there would be fire' if he was to speak in the media mixed zone.

Salah’s breaks his social media 'silence'

Days after the incident, Salah broke his social media 'silence' with an Instagram post, his first since Liverpool's draw against the Hammers.

The former Fiorentina man shared a video of himself at the gym with no caption - suggesting he was focused on his fitness ahead of the next game.

Salah would hope his manager agrees to give him more minutes on Sunday, May 5, when the Reds face Tottenham Hotspur in a tough Premier League tie.

A poor run of form has seen Liverpool effectively slip out of the title race in Klopp's final season, as they remain behind both Manchester City and Arsenal.

Will Salah leave Liverpool?

As far as Salah’s future is concerned, there is still a huge wave of uncertainty surrounding the forward. According to The Guardian, Liverpool are relaxed despite his contract running out in 2025.

Despite an underwhelming season by his standards, the Egyptian veteran has scored 24 goals across all competitions this season, according to Transfermarkt, including 17 in the Premier League.

Why Liverpool are better off selling Salah

Sports Brief also previously highlighted why Liverpool are better off selling Salah as speculation mounts over his future at Anfield.

The winger is past his prime and is likely to attract huge bids in the summer, with the Saudi Pro League seeing him as a marquee signing.
