Teams are strategically bolstering their squads as the FKF Premier League midseason transfer window enters its third week.
With three more weeks to go until February 8, several noteworthy deals have been confirmed, while others are still in the pipeline.
Here's a recap of the completed deals so far:
Ugandan midfielder Rogers Mugisha left perennial champions, Gor Mahia, after securing a transfer to Danish side, AC Horsens.
The perennial Kenyan champions welcomed speedy winger Shariff Musa from Bidco United, turning down offers from Kenya Police and Bandari.
Tusker successfully retained defender Michael Kibwage, extending his contract for an additional six months and fending off interest from AFC Leopards. In response to a 5-0 loss to Tusker, KCB made five new signings, including former Muhoroni Youth striker Collins Neto, top scorer Shadrack Simiyu from FKF Division One Zone B, defenders Francis Oduor and Lameck Luhangala, and winger Vincent Ondabu.
Bandari has undergone a significant overhaul, unveiling 12 new players. The club appointed former Kenyan international John Baraza as the new head coach, with Jerim Onyango as his assistant and goalkeeper trainer, as reported by Citizen Digital.
Notable signings include Harambee Stars goalkeeper Bryan Omondi, former Mombasa Elite goalkeeper Abdulrahman Mwinyi, Francis Kahiro from KCB, Mohammed Barisa from Nzoia Sugar, and David Sakwa from Kiminini Combined. Ugandan striker Derrick Nsibambi had his contract extended, and Super Cup MVP Hamisi Mwaphalu committed to the club. Additionally, several youth players were promoted.
Sofapaka has made substantial moves, securing eight players, including centre-back Victor Odhiambo, defender Stallone Goal Asaba, midfielders Nelson Likhanga and Finlay Sanduku, and goalkeepers Victor Augo Akumu and Levis Ochieng.
AFC Leopards' midseason plans are still taking shape, with young forwards Mark Shaban and Christopher Koloti from Green Commandos being the only confirmed additions.
Shabana FC have brought in striker Mathew Tegisi, left-back Lamela Maneno, and midfielders Japhet Lihanda and Brian Odhimabo.

Contrary to earlier statements, Homeboyz coach Patrick Odhiambo welcomed Oliver Majak, Cliff Oruko, and goalkeeper Simon Masaka to the squad.
Ulinzi Stars added three youngsters, Javan Omondi, Edward Odhiambo, and Leshan Mootian to their roster.
Struggling side Murang’a Seal brought in experienced midfielder Dennis Odhiambo.
Bottom-placed Nzoia Sugar turned to lower league sides for reinforcements, signing defender Daniel Masengo, striker Washington Manyonyi, and defender Sharif Ali.
FC Talanta secured defensive midfielder Larry Odhiambo from Equity FC.
