Mohamed Salah recently shared a lovely conversation with a young Liverpool mascot about her favourite players.
The mascot was part of the lineup who walked out with Jurgen Klopp's charges during their Europa League clash against LASK Linz at Anfield on November 30.
In a video shared on Europa League's X account, Salah is heard conversing about the mascot's best players, to which she says Steven Gerrard is her greatest ever.
The Egyptian is taken aback by the response and comically asks the mascot.
"But you didn't even watch Gerrard play."

FootballHere is the video of the incident in the tunnel.
Gerrard is undoubtedly one of the greatest captains and players in Liverpool's history despite his inability to win the Premier League title. He made over 700 appearances for the Merseyside outfit, winning the Champions League, FA Cup and the League Cup.
He has since ventured into coaching, leading Rangers to the Scottish title before an underwhelming spell with Aston Villa in the Premier League. He is currently with Saudi Arabi side Al-Ettifaq.
In the game against LASK, Salah was again on the scoresheet as Liverpool sank Austrian opponents LASK 4-0 at Anfield to top Group E.
At full-time, Sports Brief reported that cameras panned on Salah, and the Egyptian was casually strolling on the pitch when LASK's winger, Moses Usor, approached him.
Usor wasted no time approaching the Egyptian, who appeared to be taken aback by his opponent's bold request.

FootballOnly two weeks ago, there was a similar situation when Cristiano Ronaldo turned down an Iceland player who wanted his shirt since he had already given it away.
This happened the day Portugal ended their Euro 2024 qualifier campaign on a high with a 2-0 victory over Iceland.
Despite not finding the net, Ronaldo was a popular figure at the full-time whistle for obvious reasons.
