However, after a dominant second-half display, Kudus sent in a cross in the 86th minute, which Dara O'Shea directed into the wrong post.

Kudus then sent in another lovely cross in the 90th minute, which was met by Tomas Soucek as the Hammers returned to winning ways in the English Premier League.

"Until the last whistle goes, we keep fighting till the end, and you can see the example of it today," he said in a post-match interview.
"I just keep my focus throughout the game because it is easy to give up in games like this, but we kept believing," he added.

The Black Stars midfielder was named Man of the Match following his outstanding display, per West Ham.
