Rahim is a four-time Gibraltar Cup winner whose professional career began with two youth teams at Adisadel College and his father's Nania F.C. Did Pelé's sons ever play for Ghana?

Rahim has played for Ghana's Under-20, Under- 17 and senior teams. Although he spent his first cap on the bench, the Tamale-born midfielder's first international match against Benin on November 10, 2009, paved the way for six more caps.
