Al-Nassr stars, Cristiano Ronaldo and Sadio Mane left Iran with gifts from their hosts, Persepolis following their AFC Champions League clash this week.
The arrival of the team sent Iran into a frenzy, with thousands of fans flooding the streets of Tehran to catch a glimpse of the Portuguese veteran and his teammates.
Ronaldo and Mane were pivotal as Al-Nassr strolled to a 2-0 victory in their opening group game, thanks to Mohammed Qassem and Abdulrahman Ghareeb.
In photos shared on social media, the president of Persepolis, Reza Darvish presented the Al-Nassr superstars with neatly woven Persian carpets as well as traditional boxed packages.
Ronaldo joined the Knights of Najd in January after leaving Manchester United following a fallout with the club, while Mane arrived in the summer transfer window from Bayern Munich.
Al-Nassr are on a good run of form after winning their last five matches, including four in the Saudi Pro League.
The Knights of Najd also won the Arab Club Champions Cup before the start of the new season after beating rivals, Al-Hilal in the final, as reported by CNN.
Oliver Kahn meets Ronaldo and Mane
Earlier, Sports Brief reported on legendary German goalkeeper, Oliver Kahn meeting Mane and Ronaldo during his recent visit to Saudi Arabia.
The former Bayern Munich shot-stopper was given a tour of Al-Nassr's impressive facilities and set-up after he arrived in Riyadh last week.
During his time at the club's world-class stadium, Kahn met with Senegalese star Mane, whom he had helped Bayern Munich sign last term.

FootballMane excited after Persepolis win
Sports Brief also reported on Mane reacting to his ACL debut after featuring in the competition for the first time alongside his Al-Nassr captain, Ronaldo.
The former Bayern Munich star started in his side's first game of the competition against Iranian giants, Persepolis at the Azadi Stadium on September 19.
Although Mane and Ronaldo both failed to score, goals from Abdulrahman Ghareeb and Mohammed Qassem gave the Knights of Najd a deserved 2-0 win.
