  • Real Madrid are set to wrap up the deal to sign England midfielder Jude Bellingham as soon as next week
  • The La Liga giants are waiting for the Bundesliga season to be over before completing the deal for Bellingham
  • Bellingham is set to win his first Bundesliga title with Borussia Dortmund this weekend

Jude Bellingham’s career is set for a remarkable leap in the next few days with Real Madrid almost certain to wrap up the deal for the England international next week.

Like the former Dortmund stars before him, the 19-year-old midfielder is set to leave BVB at the end of the season to join Europe’s most successful team this summer.

According to Goal, Bellingham is fully focused on helping Borussia Dortmund to the Bundesliga title for the first time in eleven years, after which he is most likely to finalise his deal to join Real Madrid.

The La Liga giants are confident that they will get their man, with discussions regarding a Bellingham deal opening at €100 million.

Real Madrid has also presented a six-year deal for Bellingham with the 19-year-old guaranteed to be one of the club’s highest earners once he signs the contract being tabled.

Belingham on the verge of history

Jude Bellingham has the chance to seal his name as one of Borussia Dortmund’s great players when he guides the club to it’s first Bundesliga title in eleven years, Daily Mirror reports.

BVB are favourites for the title heading into the final Bundesliga matchday after Bayern Munich suffered a shock defeat to RB Leipzig last weekend.

Dortmund will kick off at home to Mainz on Saturday two points clear of Bayern, meaning a win at home to Mainz will secure a first league crown since Jurgen Klopp famously led The Black and Yellows to the Bundesliga crown in 2011/12.

Real Madrid to submit official bid

Earlier, Sports Brief reported Real Madrid are set to finalise a deal to sign Jude Bellingham from Borussia Dortmund after agreeing to submit an official bid for the England midfielder.

The Spanish giants are said to have already agreed to personal terms with the 19-year-old star, who is also wanted by English Premier League clubs Liverpool and Chelsea.

The proposal by Real Madrid is expected to include a fixed fee of €100 million, with a potential €20-€30 million included as add-ons for Bellingham.
