Barcelona Femeni forward, Asisat Oshoala dazzled in the new jersey of the Super Falcons following its release by Nike this week.

The Super Falcons captain is preparing to lead her team to the upcoming 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup in Australia and New Zealand.

In photos shared on social media, the free-scoring forward is seen posing in the neon-green shirt, shorts, and socks which she paired with striking boots.

Oshoala has been in incredible form for Barcelona this season, scoring 19 goals in 23 league games. The reigning Africa female footballer of the year is also expected play a pivotal role for Nigeria at the World Cup.

The 28-year-old's last outing with the Super Falcons was at the Africa Women's Cup of Nations where injury affected her tournament.

She joined Barcelona in 2019 after spells with Liverpool, Arsenal and Chinese side, Dalian Quanjian. The 28-year-old has scored 83 goals in 89 appearances for La Blaugrana.

Nigeria have been drawn in Group B of the FIFA Women's World Cup and will face Canada, Australia, and the Republic of Ireland.

Oshoala nets stunners against Villareal

Sports Brief previously reported on Oshoala continuing her impressive form for Barcelona Femeni in the Primera Division, scoring in the 5-0 win over Villarreal on March 5.

The Nigerian striker once again proved herself in front of the home fans as she produced another superb display to give her side an emphatic win over the opposing team.

Sports Brief also reported on Oshoala scoring 100 goals for Barcelona Femeni recently, as she passed four years at the Catalan club.
