Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has remained tight-lipped on his side's chances of signing in-demand forward Paulo Dybala from Juventus.

United are said to have opened talks with Juventus over a possible deal that would see Dybala complete a summer switch to Old Trafford.

The forward's agent has since jetted to London to begin talks over the transfer of the Argentinian that could involve a swap deal for Romelu Lukaku to move the other way.

Despite Inter Milan's interest in Lukaku, United are understood to have become frustrated with the Italian side's failure to meet their asking price for the Belgian and could instead enter a deal with Juventus involving Dybala.

But when asked over transfer links shortly after United's 1-0 slim win over Kristiansund, Solskjaer insisted he was not going to comment on the reports.

“I’m not here to talk about any rumours or speculation about other team’s players,” said Solskjaer.
“But of course we’re working on one or two cases, as I’ve said before. There’s another ten days before we start the league and hopefully we can announce a fresh face or two," he continued.

United have had a relatively disappointing transfer window, completing the signing of just two players so far.

The players include Daniel James from Swansea City and Aaron Wan-Bissaka from Premier League side, Crystal Palace.
