Cristiano Ronaldo has slipped further down in the latest FIFA 23 ratings after he completed his switch to Saudi Arabian giants Al-Nassr.

The 37-year-old's triumphant time in Europe came to a distasteful end after his bombshell interview with British broadcaster Piers Morgan in November.

The five-time Ballon d'Or winner slammed Manchester United's current manager Erik ten Hag, and other senior executives of the club during the interview.

Ronaldo's FIFA 23 ratings have seen a massive downgrade following his move to the Middle East country, as per SportBIBLE.

The Portugal captain was among the top ten players in the world with a rating of 90 when the game was inaugurated back in October last year.

However, his rating has received a massive downgrade from 90 to 88 for the first time since 2010. It's also the first time Ronaldo's ratings have dropped below 90.

Ronaldo's dribbling score has dropped from 84 to 81, while his stamina rating dropped from 74 to 70.

Ronaldo arrives in Saudi Arabia

Ronaldo has finally touched down in Saudi Arabia, ahead of his unveiling before thousands of fans at Al-Nassr on Tuesday.

The 37-year-old landed in the capital of Riyadh on Monday night and will undergo the final part of the club medical assessment on Tuesday afternoon.

The five-time Ballon d'Or winner will be unveiled later at the club's home venue, Mrsool Park, in a grand ceremony.

Fans excited about Ronaldo-Aboubakar combo

Sports Brief earlier reported that African football fans will have added interest in Ronaldo's fortunes out in Saudi Arabia.

He became the biggest football star in the Saudi Pro League and will partner with newly-minted Cameroonian superstar, Vincent Aboubakar.

Aboubakar became a household name after his performances for the Indomitable Lions at the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations as well as the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
