The game was a high tempo, end-to-end action affair, with Ghana racing to a 2-0 lead before half-time. However, a quickfire double early in the second half restored parity for the Taegeuk Warriors to set up a grand finish.

Mohammed Kudus then grabbed his second of the day to send the enthusiastic fans into a frenzy.

A video is currently circulating of a Ghanaian fan urging two South Korean fans to applaud Ghana. It is unclear when the incident happened, but it must have been after one of the three goals the four-time African champions scored.

The women respond by clapping as the Ghanaian fan waves a scarf in front of them. A majority of fans were amused by the man's actions.

Ghana staff pose with crying player

At the same time, Sports Brief reported on Ghana staff showed their merciless side, as they took a selfie with Heung-min Son, who was in tears after his team's loss in Qatar.

The Black Stars and the Tigers of Asia put on a five-goal thriller, with the former bagging the maximum points to put themselves on a good course for qualification for the next stage.

Son was clearly devastated after the game and was a picture of broken emotions, but the Ghana staff would not pass up an opportunity to take a picture with the Tottenham Hotspur star.
