Roma boss Jose Mourinho and Paulo Dybala shared a heartwarming moment together after the latter inspired the Giallorossi to a comprehensive win over Monza.

The celebrated football manager has not hidden his admiration for Dybala, with the former Chelsea, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur coach singling the 28-year-old out for praise.

And the Argentine playmaker repaid the confidence reposed in him by Mourinho with an awe-inspiring performance against Monza on Tuesday night.

Dybala built on his acrobatic assist against Juventus with a brace against the newly-promoted side as Roma run out 3-0 victors, leaping to the summit of the Serie A standings.

Despite his man-of-the-match performance, it is Dybala's off-the-field moments that have warmed the hearts of football fans.

In photos posted on Twitter, sighted by Sports Brief, the former Juventus attacker shared an iconic moment with Jose Mourinho following his goal-scoring heroics against Monza.

Dybala, who took his Serie A tally to 100 after his brace, showed appreciation to his manager by kissing the hands of Jose Mourinho which left the Portuguese tactician amused by the gesture.

Earlier, Sports Brief reported that Paulo Dybala has finally opened his goal-scoring account for AS Roma after joining the Giallorossi in the summer transfer window.

The 28-year-old Argentina international needed only 18 minutes in his fourth outing for Roma to break his goal-scoring ice against newly-promoted Monza on Tuesday evening.

Dybala was singled out for praise by manager Jose Mourinho following his excellent display against his former side, Juventus, which culminated in an acrobatic assist to Tammy Abraham to salvage a draw for the Giallorossi.
