Ghana goalkeeper Jojo Wollacot has been offered a fresh contract by English League Two outfit Swindon Town after impressing in his first season at the club.
The 25-year-old was rewarded with a new deal following his fine form in the just ended campaign, where he made 37 League Two appearances.
The club confirmed Wollacot will be signing a new contract as he extends his stay with Swindon for a couple of years.
"The Club have offered new contracts to Mathieu Baudry, Mandela Egbo, Harry Parsons, Akin Odimayo, Jack Payne and Jojo Wollacott, whilst the Club remain in talks with Rob Hunt," Swindon Town wrote on their official website.
Jojo Wollacot kept ten clean sheets in the league and played a key role as Ghana qualified for the FIFA World Cup.
The Bristol-born goalie was Ghana's hero in the double-header play-offs against Nigeria in March as the Black Stars made a return to the big stage.
He was also named the goalkeeper of the season in the English Football League.

Earlier, Sports Brief reported that Jojo Wollacot has been named in the 2021-22 League Two Team of the season following his excellent performances this campaign.
Having joined Swindon Town from Championship club Bristol City last year, Wollacott has been in sensational form between the sticks since becoming a Robin.
The 25-year-old has kept 11 clean sheets in 37 appearances so far in the league for his team.

The newly confirmed Coach Otto Addo-led four-man Black Stars technical team have announced a 33-man squad for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers and the international friendlies.
Ghana will square off against Madagascar on June 1 before playing the Central Africa Republic four days later. The Black Stars will also be involved in the Kirin Cup tournament in Japan next month as part of preparations for the World Cup.
The four-time African champions will be welcoming the services of experienced midfielder Mubarak Wakaso, Kamaldeen Sulemana and Jonathan Mensah after the trio missed out on the World Cup qualifiers in March.
