Wollacott has made 118 saves, the 3rd best in League Two and also has the 5th highest save percentage (75.2%) this season.

The shot-stopper is one of the only 4 keepers to have kept more than ten clean sheets.

Wollacott is also vying for the Swindon Town Player of the Season award. He will compete against Harry McKirdy, Jonny Williams, Louis Reed and Ellis Iandolo for the top award, which is voted for by fans of the club.

Wollacott played a crucial role when the Black Stars faced West African rivals Nigeria in a two-legged playoff for a spot at the World Cup.

Jojo Wollacott Describes Ghana’s World Cup Qualification As 'Best Feeling Ever'

Sports Brief earlier reported that Swindon Town shot-stopper Jojo Wollacott reckons Ghana's qualification to the 2022 FIFA World Cup is the best feeling he has experienced in his career.

Wollacott, who had come under a lot of backlash following his below-par display at the 2021 AFCON, was instrumental for the Black Stars as they made a return to the global showpiece.

The 25-year-old put up a commanding display in between the sticks for Ghana in the first leg, where he made one crucial save with his feet to deny Moses Simon as the Black Stars recorded a goalless draw at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
