Man United vs Norwich City Premier League cracker was marked with heartwarming scenes as Cristiano Ronaldo inspired the Red Devils to a 3-2 thrilling victory.

Ronaldo was in the best form of his life during the Saturday, April 16, encounter as he netted a sensational hat-trick to help his side bag the three points.

Ronaldo, Elanga in double 'Siu' celebration

The 37-year-old scored the encounter's opener after he struck a perfect combination with youngster Anthony Elanga.

The duo brilliantly combined for a quirky statistic against Norwich as it took them just seven minutes of action to unlock the visitors' defence.

In what was a classy gesture from Ronaldo, Manchester Evening News reports the five-time Ballon d'Or invited Elanga to copy his iconic "Siu" celebration after he had set it up for the opener.

Ronaldo rescues Man United

Despite United taking a 2-0 advantage courtesy of Ronaldo's second goal minutes into the break, they were soon pegged back 2-2 by the visitors.

The basement boys drew one back through Kieran Dowell on the stroke of half-time before Teemu Pukki made it 2-2 in the 52nd minute.

However, a magical moment from Ronaldo in the 75th minute saw the home side come out on top as the tie finished 3-2.

The win, meanwhile, saw the Red Devils climb to fifth with 54 points as rivals Arsenal dropped to sixth after a defeat to Southampton.

Ronaldo to pocket huge bonuses after Nortwich hat-trick

Earlier, Sports Brief reported Cristiano Ronaldo will be going home all smiles after his incredible performance for Man United against Norwich.

The striker's three goals will see him smile all the way to the bank as he is set for enormous bonuses from United.

The bonuses include a £750,000 payout for scoring 20 goals across competitions for the Red Devils.
