A Euro 2020 group fixture pitting Finland vs Belgium was momentarily halted on Monday, June 21, after a scantily clad woman invaded the pitch.
The yet-to-be-identified woman sported a black outfit advertising WTF coin cryptocurrency.
SunSport reports she nearly made it to the halfway line during her sprint at Saint Petersburg Stadium before she was apprehended by security.
Coincidentally, this was not the first instance of pitch invading in the ongoing Euros after a man interrupted another group match between Russia and Denmark.
The man who wore a white shirt and jeans made it onto the pitch, but he too was quickly whisked away by security.
Fortunately for Romelu Lukaku and his teammates, the Monday evening incident did not detract from the quality of football as Belgium stormed to victory in the Group B clash.
Lukàs Hràdecky's 74th own goal and Lukaku's strike deep in the second half was all the Red Devils needed to seal an important win that earned them a spot in the knockout round as group leaders.
