Jayson Tatum has done it again.

The 25-year-old added to his playoff legend on Sunday, scoring 51 points to lead the Boston Celtics to an emphatic 112-88 win over the Philadelphia 76ers in Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals.

Tatum saved the best for last in the best-of-seven series to give the Celtics the victory in the winner-take-all contest against the Sixers.

He scored 17 of his 51 points in the third quarter, helping the Celtics turn a 55-52 lead at the halftime break into a commanding 88-62 advantage entering the fourth.

Tatum’s 51 points were the most in Game 7 history, per ESPN.

Tatum and the Celtics will next face the Miami Heat in the Eastern Conference Finals.

Fans and players praise Tatum

NBA players and fans were quick to react on social media as they paid tribute to the greatness of Tatum.

Former Celtics player Kendrick Perkins posted that Tatum is possessed.

Draymond Green lauded his former USA teammate, writing, “Make it right JT!!! AGAIN!”

Ginobili also sang Tatum's praises after his incredible performance in Game 7.

One fan wrote that Tatum’s showing in Game 7 against the Sixers “is going to be up there as one of the best all-around playoff performances in franchise history.”

Some fans compared Tatum to Embiid after the Celtics’ masterclass in Game 7.

Other fans noted that this is the greatest Mother’s Day of all time after the Celtics won Game 7 on Sunday.

Grizzlies suspend Morant 

Sports Brief recently reported on the Grizzlies suspending Ja Morant again.

They handed their star player a suspension after Morant was seen on an Instagram Live video flashing a weapon over the weekend.

This marks the second time he has posted such a video on social media and Morant’s second suspension for this type of behavior.
