In one of the snaps, Vinicius is in a Real Madrid short and is being guided by what looks like a fitness trainer.

In 2020, Marca reported that Vinicius was keen on following the so-called ‘Cristiano way’ to become a world class footballer.

Steps to Health further reports that there are some fundamental foods that can never miss in Vinicius’ diet, including ham, cheese, eggs, low-calorie yoghurts, chicken, fish, vegetables and fruit.

Vinicius’ impressive season

It is quite impressive to see the 21-year-old aim to become even better, especially because he just had the best season of his career so far in 2021/22.

He was quite prolific in front of goal for Carlo Ancelotti, scoring an impressive 22 goals in 52 games, including a tie-changing goal against Manchester City in the Champions League.

Sadio Mane on his death contract

Elsewhere, Sports Brief reported of how Sadio Mane opened up about a strange contract he was willing to sign to play in the Africa Cup of Nations earlier in the year.

In January, Mane collided with Vozinha during the Africa Cup of Nations clash against Cape Verde, and needed treatment off the pitch

Afterwards, Mane was advised to take at least five days away from the beautiful game so the extent of the head injury could be assessed.

In an interview, however, Mane admitted his determination to help Senegal at the time got the better of him.
