Galtier has apparently been given until the start of March to turn PSG’s situation around, with the French club on a three-game losing streak across all competitions.

Mourinho who won the Champions League twice in 2004 with Porto and 2010 with Inter Milan is currently tied to a contract with AS Roma until 2024.

French media calls for Gatier departure

Meanwhile, Christophe Galtier is facing heavy pressure to leave his post as PSG manager from the French media after the Parisians suffered yet another loss in the Champions League, Marca reports.

One of France's leading sports media, RMC Sport, has thrown everything at the coach, calling him useless after PSG’s 1-0 home defeat to Bayern Munich at the Parc des Princes.

The media have also called for the manager to be sacked after claiming the manager lacked ideas in PSG’s biggest games of the season after consecutive losses to Monaco, Marseille, and Bayern Munich.

Galtier sends strong message to PSG players

Earlier, Sports Brief reported Christophe Galtier wants his PSG players to stay quiet and work hard ahead of their Champions League Round of 16 second-leg tie against Bayern Munich.

The Parisians suffered a heartbreaking 1-0 loss to the Bavarians at the Parc des Princes and will need to overturn the result in the reverse fixture at the Allianz Arena on March 8.

Galtier has now urged his PSG team to enjoy working together and stay focused on the task ahead.
