  • Neymar has been impressive so far this season for Paris Saint-Germain as the club stay top on the Ligue 1 table

Cafu who won the World Cup title with Brazilian has backed his fellow countryman Neymar claiming that the Paris Saint-Germain forward is better than Cristiano Ronaldo and Messi.

Cristiano Ronaldo and Messi have no doubt made their names in the round leather games for more than 10 years in which 11 Ballon d'Or awards have been shared between these two stars.

Neymar on the other hand has also been impressive since he started his football career, but the Brazilian has never won the Ballon d'Or award and even has no chance this year.

Messi moved to Paris Saint-Germain this summer after leaving Barcelona, but the Argentine has not scored any League goal for the French giants since joining.

Ronaldo has been getting the goals for Manchester United and has also saved the Old Trafford landlords from defeat in some games.

According to the report on GOAL and Marca, Cafu claimed that Neymar is technically better than Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi

Cafu's statement on Neymar

"Neymar is technically better than Messi, better than Cristiano Ronaldo, but he must assume the responsibility of a leader.
"One must dedicate themselves 100 per cent to football, I'm not better than Neymar, but I am better than other right-backs because I dedicated myself to that.''

Jubilation as Brazil qualify for 2022 World Cup after narrow win over tough opponents

Earlier, Legit.ng had reported how Brazil on Thursday night, November 11, became the first South American team to qualify for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar after beating Colombia 1-0 with Lucas Paqueta netting the goal.

But the encounter was not an easy one for Neymar and his teammates as Colombia also wanted a win so as to help their quest of making it to the World Cup in Qatar.

Playing in front of their fans, Brazil started the encounter impressively and were looking for an early goal but were denied two times by goalkeeper David Ospina.

Despite all efforts by the Brazilian players to score in the first half, Colombians were tough and they would have also taken the lead before the end of the 45 minutes.
