Ten Hag is expected to make several changes to the side that took on City, with Cristiano Ronaldo among the players who could make the starting XI in Cyprus.

Predicted Man United starting XI vs Omonia

David de Gea is in line to start between the sticks, with the Spaniard now seemingly Ten Hag's full-time No 1 goalkeeper.

In defence, United will be without Raphael Varane and Harry Maguire, both injured, meaning Victor Lindelof could partner Lisandro Martinez at the heart of defence.

Diogo Dalot is expected to keep his place on the right, with Luke Shaw replacing Tyrell Malacia on the left.

In midfield, Fred could possibly come in for Christian Eriksen as Casemiro replaces Scott McTominay, having been benched against City.

Bruno Fernandes is likely to continue as the No 10., with Antony joining Anthony Elanga and Cristiano Ronaldo in attack.
