Yaya Toure inspired 'African Shamans' responsible for Guardiola’s Champions League failure again

Earlier, Sports Brief had reported how in one of the most dramatic nights in Champions League football, Real Madrid came from behind to knock Manchester City out of the competition in what could be a boomerang.

Marca reports that Yaya Toure’s agent Dmitri Seluk had, in 2018, predicted that Spanish manager Pep Guardiola would not win the prestigious title again courtesy of ‘African Shamans’.

The manager had won the title twice during his time at Barcelona, but he has struggled to win the competition since he left the Catalan giants.

In 2016, Pep was poached by Manchester City owners as they were desperate to win the title (by all means) but he has failed again even after six years.

City blew up their chance of reaching this year's Champions League final letting Rodrigo grab two goals in two minutes as Real Madrid came from behind to win 3-1 at the Santiago Bernabeu as Karim Benzema slotted home the winner.
