Ghanaian midfielder, Mohammed Kudus, continues to blaze the trail in Europe in only his first year in the English Premier League, achieving another milestone.

Recording his 103rd successful take-on after West Ham United's game against Liverpool on April 27, he now sits top of the table in terms of dribbles in the 'big five'.

Kudus is already attracting interest from some of the top clubs in Europe, with the Reds said to be viewing him as a replacement for star forward, Mohamed Salah.

As the Ghanaian continues to impress with his wizardry with the ball at his feet, Sports Brief looks at the top five dribblers in Europe's top five leagues.

Top 5 dribblers in Europe's top 5 leagues

Mohammed Kudus - Ghana/ West Ham

The Ghanaian international leads the way in terms of dribbles across Europe, with the aforementioned 103 successful take-ons for West Ham United in the Premier League. The 23-year-old has also been productive in front of goal, scoring 13 goals and providing five assists across all competitions.

Leroy Sane - Germany/ Bayern Munich

The former Manchester City winger has been one of the best players for the Bundesliga outfit this season, despite their struggles. Sane is very effective at cutting from the right, making him a menace for left-sided defenders, as seen in the first leg of the semi-final of the UEFA Champions League against Real Madrid. Sane has scored 10 goals and provided 13 assists across all competitions, coupled with 93 successful dribbles in the German league.

Savio - Brazil/Girona

Part of the reason Girona had a decent shot at the La Liga title is Savio. The 20-year-old, currently on loan from Troyes, has made 91 successful dribbles in the La Liga. His eight goals and eight assists have cemented his place among the top wingers in the Spanish league, with Girona on the verge of securing a Champions League spot.

Matias Soule - Argentina/ Frosinone

In the Italian Serie A, Soule, who plays for Frosinone, leads the way with 90 successful dribbles. The 21-year-old has scored 11 goals and provided three assists in the course of the campaign.

Edon Zhegrova - Kosovo/ Lille

The Lille star has excited fans with his wizardry this season. Zhegrova has made 86 successful dribbles this season while contributing 12 goals across all competitions for the Ligue 1 outfit.

Kudus tops dribblers list in Europe

Sports Brief also previously reported on Kudus completing the most dribbles in Europe's top five leagues after West Ham's Premier League draw against Liverpool on April 27.

The Ghanaian international provided an assist as the Hammers dented the slim hopes the Reds had of winning the top flight title in Jurgen Klopp's final season as club manager.
